Our approach, centered on learning by doing, stands out in the industry for its hands-on experience rather than traditional whiteboard-based instruction. Our consultants work closely with participants to ensure they gain practical knowledge of the tools and Minitab software.
Our program is meticulously designed to emphasize hands-on practice. Participants are trained in the DMAIC methodology and must complete a project and pass a preparatory test for each section before advancing. This structured approach ensures a comprehensive understanding and practical application of the concepts at each stage.
Our Green Belt program is a 40-hour course, with flexible class durations of 2, 4, or 6 hours and also at weekends too, allowing participants to tailor the program length to their schedules. Classes are available six days a week, enabling participants to choose their preferred class times based on their availability.
