Our Lean Platinum Program stands as the highest tier of our Lean certification offerings, designed to equip professionals with the advanced skills and knowledge required to excel in Lean methodologies.
This in-depth program includes 60 hours of intensive workshops, during which practitioners will engage in extensive hands-on activities. The curriculum covers a wide array of Lean concepts and tools, ensuring a thorough understanding of key principles such as value stream mapping, waste reduction, continuous improvement, and Kaizen.
Participants will gain practical experience through real-world applications, simulations, and case studies, enabling them to implement Lean strategies effectively within their organizations. Upon completion, practitioners will possess the expertise needed to drive significant operational improvements, increase efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous enhancement.

Program Duration
The Lean Platinum program is designed for 60 hours. Classes can be scheduled in 2-hour increments, allowing for sessions of 2, 4, or 6 hours or at the weekends. The chosen slot will determine the overall program duration. Acumen Consulting Enterprise operates 5 days a week.

Classroom Training

Lean Project and Certification
To obtain the Lean Platinum Certification from ACE, participants are required to submit Project Mentorship Reports for five projects. These reports will be assessed by the MBB Panel, and certification will be awarded upon successful viva later review and approval.

Participants receive a range of learning materials, including detailed presentations and learning questions.

Exam and Certification
Lean Platinum Certification has three directives:
- Submission of 5 Lean projects on different tools and techniques duly approved by ACE Faculty.
- Accomplishment of the final exam with at least 60% marks
- Internal/External evaluation of Lean Tools knowledge of the participant
FAQs
You must complete the program within 3 months; otherwise, a rejoining fee will be applied.
If you choose not to complete the project, you must inform the ACE team. After passing the online final exam, you will receive a ” Participated Lean Platinum Certificate.
You may retake the final exam up to two times without incurring any additional fees. However, the passing score will increase by 10% with each failed attempt.
