During the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training at ACE (Acumen Consulting Enterprise), participants will access industry-specific Excel data for hands-on practice with concepts, change management, tools, and data analysis. Trainees must use this data to simulate projects and will take several practice exams to assess and improve their competencies.
Participants must successfully complete the project and practice exam for each DMAIC phase before progressing to the next. All doubts must be clarified before advancing.
The certification of the Six Sigma Blackbelt at ACE entails two things:
- Successful completion and approval of 2 Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt projects
- Completion of the online final exam with greater than 60% marks.
Eligibility Criteria for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
The Six Sigma Black Belt Certification program is available only to individuals who are certified Six Sigma Green Belts with experience in executing Six Sigma projects or at least the Master Degree holder with at least 10 years of professional experience.

Exam and Certification
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification has three mandates:
- Submission of 2 BB projects duly approved of problems by ACE Faculty.
- Completion of the final exam with at least 60% marks.
- Internal and External LSS Knowledge evaluation of the participant.

You must complete the program within 6 months; otherwise, a rejoining fee will apply
If you choose not to complete the project, you must inform the ACE team. After passing the online final exam, you will receive a ” Participated Black Belt Certificate.
You may retake the final exam up to two times without incurring any additional fees. However, the passing score will increase by 10% with each failed attempt.
Yes, you can. We can arrange MBB sessions with the faculty via Skype or other platforms. Many participants in our programs attend classes online.
