Gender Sensitization Training

Gender sensitization involves educating employees to be fully aware of the concept of gender sensitivity. This training helps individuals examine their personal attitudes and beliefs, while also questioning the societal realities experienced by both sexes. The session aims to raise awareness about the power dynamics between men and women in the workplace, emphasizing the importance of providing equal opportunities and fair treatment to both genders.

Sexual Harassment Training provides a chance to clearly outline and strengthen the anti-harassment policy, detailing the complaint process and reporting options. This training highlights the significance of reporting any concerns about sexual harassment or other improper behavior. Management will establish a standing Inquiry Committee of three members to address any sexual harassment complaints.

The Standing Inquiry Committee will receive training on promptly addressing sexual harassment complaints in accordance with the law. This ensures swift justice and prevents retaliation against complainants. It is suggested that the committee should have the authority to take legal action and be gender sensitized. Additionally, if organizations have trade unions, it is recommended that union representatives be included on the standing committee.
